(no subject)

+tv was so exciting last night. i watched lost, of course, and more episodes of s4 angel than i will admit in semi-public. i liked lost a lot. dom is the cutest thing ever and ( oh, i suppose i should cut this. )

+when i woke up this morning, no thoughts of hell or death came to mind. so i'm going to suggest that perhaps i have turned a corner with this cold. which would be really nice, yes, since i have to make the 2 hour drive today and lead the rehearsal and all that good stuff.

+oh, and thanks to semielliptical for pointing to deamus (in zahra's comments) where i found that dean/seamus story i was looking for. a seamus thing by atdelphi. i may have recced before. i still like it.

+i had some thoughts about my job situation this morning. ( here they are. along with a wee declaration. )

i'm, like, soooo not into the work i'm supposed to be doing right now. but i really should get to it since two men are coming to rehearse their marriage in a little over an hour and i won't be able to get in the sanctuary. thing is, i'm still sick. and pushing myself to do healthy girl things all day has quite exhausted me. and i have to call on some heretofore unknown sources of energy and brain power to get me through planning and leading this rehearsal. meh.

this morning, annelarissa came over and sang to me and it was beautiful. and then i tried to sing and it was bad so i stopped.

hackthis sent me off on a mental dean/seamus tangent. and it stinks. because there's just not much great d/s. there's some that's pretty good, one or two i might call great. and that's just not enough people. not enough.

and that was me, making myself say something fannish.

oh my cuteness. the church is overrun with adorable gay men. like... really. and some of them with children. and some of them trying to sing and doing a piss poor job of it. there is so much cuteness here right now. i wish i could share it with y'all.

eta: huh. i don't tend to think of 'let there be peace on earth' as a wedding song. huh.
