my mother got me my precious pen on e-bay. i couldn't make myself stop writing in my journal this morning, it was just so great. my precioussssss. so perfect. ahhhh.

for the nth time in the last few weeks, i have to declare this The Most Beautiful Day Ever. we have a bike ride planned. a glance at my local farm calendar tells me there are no exciting festivals this week but ooh, i hope it's nice next weekend for 'lavender days.' Enjoy the sights, scents, and tastes of lavender and herb farms in Franklin and Hampshire counties. huh.
