books you don't need in a place you can't find

brrr. i haven't left the house yet but i can just tell how freakin cold it is. thank goodness for my heated wrist rest.

and thank camillafarfalla for sending me pics of bernard and viggo. a lovely e-mail to get first thing in the morning.

i have a plan for today. it's been my plan for a while. a news years plan. so, yes, it's been at least two weeks in the making. the plan is to take my journals - last year's and the current one and head off to the bookmill for the day. and i will spend time thinking about the past year and this new year and what i want and what i need to do and how i'm going to do it. and i'll take breaks to walk along the river (ok, i made this plan before i knew it would be minus a bazillion degrees today) and have some tea in the cafe and read out of the books there... and yeah. refresh, reassess, etc. a day for me. i'm really looking forward to this. except for the freezing part anyway.

and then tonight, angel with friends! ahhh. how lovely.
