(no subject)

oh, hey! looky there! it's sunlight!!! there's precious little of that around here these rainy days. it's exciting when it happens.

am still having way too much fun with starbuckle and annelarissa. yesterday we met up in amherst and had tasty brunch with mmm_cake and camillafarfalla. then we came back to noho and tried to rent rudy. the store didn't have it so we tried to rent the faculty and they didn't have that either! d'oh. so we got a walk on the moon. and came here and lazed around and watched a room with a view and lazed around some more. and then jenny and anney talked to some apartment people and they can have The Most Gorgeous Apartment Ever if they decide they want it! wheeee!!!! and then scottxwl came over and he and anney went out for some dinner and the rest of us got take out. and then we watched a walk on the moon which was such a good movie. and the viiiiiiiiggo. ::sigh:: the blouse man. and then we were all about viggo and we had to watch some of the better (read: slashier) scenes from the two towers and squee loudly. and then somehow we talked for hours and hours about slashy things and it was 1:30 or so when the kids finally left to go back to camilla's for the night. and then anney couldn't find her car keys and ended up taking mine instead. this morning they found out the keys are at the restaurant she went to. so all is well.

and right now they're looking at another apartment (got to keep all your options open, you know) and then they'll be here again and there will be more good times! that's my prediction anyway.

i have to say, chatting slash with starbuckle in person is completely amazing. bizarre and yet normal and wonderful. she was my first fandom friend, you know? the first person i got to chatting with on AIM. she made me my first icons. she responded to my toobtastic newbie post on fellow_shippers. and now she hangs out on my couch and we squee together over viggo. and discuss in person the thorough jossing of our co-harry/ron project. ::happy sigh::
