tell me

couldn't post this morning. now i'm drop-dead bored at work and i'm wishing you, yes you, would tell me something about yourself. anything. favorite breakfast food? are you a cat person or a dog person? what music do you listen to on gloomy days? what color are your undies today? are you short or tall or medium - and do you like being that way?

these are just examples. there are a few of you out there i know absolutely nothing about - but i have something to learn about each of you. please share!

unrelatedly...
i stayed for coffee hour at church this sunday. i usually don't. even though i tend to like the people at my church, i am not good at idle chit chat and see no reason to force myself into it. usually. sunday, i noticed that the transgendered person who sometimes comes was there - with a friend this time. as i sat, pointedly ignoring the talk of loss and grieving that was going on (memorial day stuff... and i couldn't listen and be able to conduct minutes later - i learned that the hard way) i was hoping they would feel welcome here, hoping people would talk to them at coffee hour etc. and then it occurred to me that i could be the one to try to make them feel welcome and talk to them at coffee hour. so i did. angela and roberta. they were really nice and the idle chit chat was no problem.

[and then i realized i was about to be late for work and i ran away - this morning, not sunday]

i have had a remix bunny. finally. ::pets bunny:: however, bunny is far too complex for there to be any likelihood of me actually writing it. ::sigh:: back to the mental grind.

also, i need to surgically remove myself from this computer. ow.
