if i were some sort of responsible human being, i would have showered already and i'd be getting my things together - almost ready to leave for my meeting this morning. but i'm not and i haven't and i'm not. i'm writing this. and then i'll shower. and then i'll scramble about for my things. and then i'll be 5, maybe 10 minutes late for the meeting. but i'm not worried. there was one morning i went to the meeting and i was the only one who remember that we had a meeting. thus i had to sit around for 20 minutes waiting for everyone else. i see that as permanent licensee to be a little late.

you know, this sick thing got old sometime over the weekend. now it's just annoying. but what do i do about it? it's a cold, what kind of pro-active things can i do? vitamin c, i suppose. hmm. i'll go look in our cabinet. last night was the worst night yet, keeping myself and probably rach up half the night with my coughing. bleh.

right, meeting. and then music store. then back here. i haven't read my friends page yet and it leaves me feeling all weird and off balance. but i'd better get in the shower.

why oh why did i already watch all the buffy?

skipping the music store yet again. bc i still feel like pooh. and. and the evil!minister didn't even remember the meeting! can you believe this? i had to sit there for half an hour in the freezing church, trying to play the piano with my mittens on while waiting for her to show up so we could have a meeting in which she told me things i already know.

so, instead of doing anything remotely productive right now, i'm going to go get under some blankets and warm up. and eat something. and drink tea. yup. that's a plan.

oh, and starbuckle? i got mail. *g* you're adorable.

uoh. i want to read my friends page but my sinuses protest. hmph. maybe later, after i've wiped myself out with the brahms rehearsal tonight. meh.

omg. this cold had better go away fast. i have grown entirely sick of myself. i pity others who have to listen to/deal with me.

and also, i forgot to mention about sean's film that the mention of billy boyd in the credits - connected to the music nonetheless - had me squeeing like the delirious fangirl i truly am. ::swoon::

also! i can't believe i forgot to mention that in our staff meeting today, we got sidetracked for a good 10 minutes talking about lotr.

gollum has jewish/yiddish origins? am i the last person to hear about this? the e!m might even do a gollum sermon!!! how frickin excited would i be about that???? oooh... what music would i do? oh gosh, that's going to be a consuming thought for a while.
