working girl

so the boss at the boring temp job liked me soooo much that she asked for me again. should i find this flattering in some way? that someone out there appreciates my filing skills? i'd really rather not think about it.

there is a sick irony at work here that most days i don't work at all and i feel fine. today, when i work 9-5 and then have my women's ensemble at night, i feel like ass - sinus yuck and no energy.

i guess i'd better go get dressed. i no longer have any sense of timing for mornings when i have to be at work. hmmm. but yes, a shower seems in order.

i'll miss y'all today, while i'm doing various kinds of ridiculously boring busy work. ::sigh::

soooo. work. that was fun. fun in the utterly boring way. more boring than i really know how to express. i labeled, folded, stuffed and sealed approximately 700 letters. yes, and i have the paper cuts to show for it. 9. papercuts, that is.

on the up side, the women's ensemble rehearal went pretty well tonight. i got to have lunch and dinner with rach. these are goog things.

what makes me sad: jenny won't have her present from me on her birthday. because my last 5 days exploded on me and i haven't finished it yet. :( but, look at it this way... it will make your birthday last longer to get my present later. yeah, it will be like hannukah. or something.

hmmm... i should go to sleep, esp as i still don't feel so well. but i'm feeling spammy... beware.
