happy 2005.

oops. i almost took a drink from the water bottle here on camillafarfalla's desk but then i remembered that that's not water in there but vodka.

yes, we carried our alcohol around with us last night to save some $. and it worked pretty well, i must say.

it was a nice night, a happy dinner, roaming around the city and going to bars and finally meeting a couple of camilla's friends whom i've been hearing about forever. and drinking a lot.

i feel fine this morning though. mmm_cake and i are both rather perky, especially in comparison to camilla, who is really not looking so hot right now. speaking of hot, i couldn't sleep as late as i would have liked because it's a FUCKING SAUNA in camilla's apartment. i eventually got up and went out for coffee just to get out of the heat. it's amazing outside. i don't know the actual temp but it feels like 60 degrees. balmy.

and roaming around brooklyn by myself-sitting by the water and all-felt like a good new year's morning. and now it's good to be in here with my gals.
