yoga issues

for some reason, i can never go from downward facing dog into a right leg forward lunge. it's like my leg's too long and doesn't fit under me. i suppose it's more likely that i have bad form. alas. heheh. i always love at the end of this yoga tape when we get to 'twisted sage pose.' heh. that rodney yee, he's such a card.

rach is off to the northeastern open house today. i hope she has fun. ::twists hands:: i'm so frickin excited for her.

there is snow predicted for today. again! i love snow. still, even in march. but, please no more on thursdays. especially thursdays when i have lunch plans with camilla and i'll need to drive to the burbs for rehearsal.

addictedkitten posted a slew of ficbits. the most exciting to me is the separate peace gene/phineas. it's soooo perfect. ::loves::

you know what i want for my birthday? i want to watch fellowship and the two towers back to back. i haven't done that yet and how fantastic would that be? especially on just about anyone else's tv as mine is teensy.

had lunch with camilla. picked her up at work, drove to her house, cooked her some rice and beans then dropped her back off at work and came home. damn, that was nice of me.

if you were a guy named scott and someone offered to make you something for your birthday (because she was too poor to buy anything) - either crafty or foodish - what would you want? inquiring minds want to know.

brr. i just can't handle the cold anymore. i'm turning the heat up to 62. i'll turn it down again soon, i promise! ::glances apologetically at wallet::

i think this may be my first ever orli icon. i'm way behind the times. but i liked this pic. so. there he is.

i really didn't need to be doing that. i have a million other things to be doing. and right now i need to drive - very slowly and carefully in this week's ill-timed snow - to rehearsal. i chose the music we'll be rehearsing approximately 5 minutes ago. here's hoping it was a good choice.

i am loving everyone today. i thought you might like to know. i love you.

and i'm sad that i don't get to see or hear from rach before i go. i'm dying to know how her day went.

but hee! chloe is the cutest (and craziest) cat in the world! she's tearing around the house - from the bedroom through the living room and into the study closet then out back into the living room, up on the couch and down and then back into the bedroom, fluffy grey tail trailing behind her.
